Great Aunt Linda

Meghan's Aunt Linda made a quick visit on her way home to Binghamton from visiting her daughter and grandkids in Roanoke. It was nice to see her and she got to meet both McWhorter cousins! We all met for a quick lunch at The Bavarian Brauhaus (German American restaurant) near BWI.

Family time!

This weekend Owen met a few more family members! We had Tommy, Lisa, David, and Josh visiting from New Jersey, and we had a great time with them!

Friday, we all reunited at Uncle Alex/Aunt Jessika's house. Owen wore his Iron Maiden onesie for Daddy and Uncle Alex. We'll have to see how Alex's daughter looks in that onesie one day!

Saturday, we were at Gigi and Pop's (Lisa and Dan, Sr) for more family time and dinner. Owen slept great there, and was really happy being held and admired by his adoring aunts, uncles, cousins, etc...
It snowed Saturday afternoon, so we stayed in Ijamsville an extra night.

Sunday, we had one more visit for lunch before everyone had to be on their way home. (LOTS of pictures ahead, so settle in!)

2 months old

Owen is now 2 months old! We can't believe it's been 2 months...it's becoming hard to remember life without him. We spent his "birthday" with family in Frederick, then came home for a quiet night. Mostly, Owen slept.

At 2 months, he is loving tummy time (usually) and practicing lifting his head. He loves to look into mirrors and see himself, and likes looking at faces and lights everywhere. He smiles a lot, and loves to be held.

On Monday, Owen had his 2 month pediatrician appointment. He weighed 9lbs 13oz! Dr. Ben and Momma were very happy with that weight! He also received his 2 month immunizations, including 3 shots. Owen was a champ, and we only cried for a couple of minutes.
